My wife was just diagnosed with a form of arthritis after years of joint pain and she is only 30. Bad thing is majority of auto immune diseases can't be diagnosed medically but only clinically. Definitely get multiple opinions before a doctor starts trying to give you agressive treatment. Good luck!

Mine was sudden onset. Went from running through a brick wall, to not being able to lift a 30lb box of paper. I was in a papermill at the time, and though my life was over. Fight it.
