Just found out collusion claim only means that two owners or more got together and agreed not to sign him.

So, what if Dolphins GM and Jags GM got together on their Kaep stance? Or any two teams. Would be nuts.

FWIW, I’d never sign Kaep. Average QB who hasn’t played a down in ages.

If I’m Kap’s attorney, I’d request billable hours for this bc proving collusion among any of the 32 teams or the league office and one/some of the 32 teams appears an almost prohibitively difficult endeavor to pursue or gain discovery. I’ll likely need to apprise myself of how much discovery is allowed for these arbitration proceedings per the CBA but I speculate/imagine it isn’t as much as one would secure in a court of law lawsuit and apparently the burden of proof is pretty damn high with the civil law evidential burden applied(preponderance of the evidence). His lawyer will likely do a great job in representing him but I don’t think he’ll be able to win this it’s almost like a defamation lawsuit almost impossible to win.
