When I was 13 a guy wrecked his car in my neighborhood. I went to the car to see if he was OK and found him foaming at the mouth and not breathing. One of my friends called 911 while we got him out of the car.
Paramedics arrived really fast and recognized he was ODing. I watched them bring the dude back to life and it was pretty incredible.
