Some people still think half the city is still flooded 12 years after Katrina.

Then there are the people who think the only street in nola is Bourbon St and the only high rise building in the Superdome.

No doubt. I would say the downriver lakeside quadrant of the quarter is 95% residential. Good people. Several years ago I lived on the 1200 block of bourbon and it wasn't much different than living in the channel.
