Will concede that as well, but I know a little about the UDC and certain codes in Baton Rouge too. Throw a rock at a Builders Association meeting and you'll find someone with those qualifications.

Just because someone turned a crime problem around by leading the Neighborhood Watch doesn't mean they would make a good police chief either.

A city as large as Baton Rouge deserves better, especially given the problems we face and the incompetent leadership he'll have to answer to.
