Baton Rouge is on a downward trajectory anyway.
The whites are in the surrounding parishes.
ETA: its just a fact jack.

It's not like I want any of the above to be true, but its spot on.
BR is just years away from being another cliche inner city wholly consumed by incompetency and crime.
