That's why I said "in the usual fashion" (physically overpowering) in my post, which I think the OP was referring to.

The OP said "sexual assault" in his post. Maybe technically that includes all forms of rape, but I took his meaning to be physically forceful rape. Obviously anyone can be put in a vulnerable position by anyone else under the right circumstances.
