Very hard to do in the usual fashion for two reasons:
1) Obviously men are generally much bigger and stronger physically than women. It would be harder for a woman to overpower a man.
2) The act of penetration would be harder for a woman to initiate against an unwilling male for anatomical reasons.
I'm sure a man has been raped by a woman at some point in human history, but I imagine it's so rare that it's just not really mentioned.

Rape isn't about just physically overpowering your victim. There's coercion, threats, intoxicating drugs and knocking the victim out.
It's rape when a woman says "Eat my pussy out and frick me or I'll call the cops and say you raped me and they will believe me over you."
