It was pretty laughable (in the bad way) that they had Barry's suit knock him out so that Barry could save the day on his own. I mean, at this point what purpose is he serving if he isn't even helping Barry defeat the villains of the week?
And why wasn't Cisco out there helping Barry? They showed him out in the field while Barry was gone, yet when Barry returns Cisco decides to hang it up? They already had Iris and Caitlin manning the desk/computer, I'm sure they could've handled talking to Barry over the telephone by themselves.

Well Cisco has tech associated with his powers so he theoretically would've been rendered useless as well.
Wally being so easily rendered useless was bad. Barry stood and looked at him for a second before blasting him. Wally had plenty of time bc you know he is a speedster to get out of the damn way.
ETA Wally has even more time after he realized that Barry’s suit was compromised.
