Technically you are right. But the issue is about the NFL receiving tax dollars. That should and needs to stop.

Nothing technical about it. You're actually wrong and he's actually right. "Stadium Welfare" isn't a loophole.

There's no technically about it. When a municipality intentionally gives you a huge tax break, turning around and pretending it is a loophole is disingenuous at best.

Nearly every business receives tax breaks and deals. Amazon is siting a new complex somewhere in the US and all of the municipalities are falling over themselves to give them tax breaks. Why should the NFL be any different.

If you actually wanted to make a change to the laws to hurt the NFL (and other leagues) removing their antitrust exemption would be the place to do it. Especially with the unequal treatment between MLB and all other leagues.
