Was driving to work, pulled into street, and end of street was a car on its hood, still a little smoke, meaning it happened recently. I called 911, and they kept telling me to look in, i was like no, i'll get close but i'm not looking for mangled body parts. I heard a noise and said, yep some one in there.
I was shocked when cop came, because he pulled the guy out, which my father said is a no no. You could injure him worse by pulling on him by his arms. He said procedure is to wait for paramedics/fire help if there is no eminent danger(fire/exposion. They had a guy help pull some one out, and it ended up hurting the guy more, got sued.

I was honestly trying to think of where exactly I was so when I called 911 I could tell them. I was basically blind following waze app to Saia motor freight. Then I had to stop her from trying to climb out drivers door. I could see it squishing her dam head
