Greens and Tee Boxes for me on the course.
It's a bonus when there's a nice clubhouse you can go into, relax, and watch golf or another sport to kind of wind down and cool off after a round. It's not a deal breaker though. Just enhances a good experience.
Value - Price vs course condition. If I go into a round knowing the course isn't the best, but I didn't pay much for it, I'll have a good experience because I just like playing.
