I know this but if I say that I fear people wont know what Im referring to so I use the incorrect term that everyone else uses. I know, Im stooping-to-stupid but Ive lived here my entire life and thats what it takes to get through to people here.

Also, the definition depends on if you consider New Orleans the Northernmost Capital of the Caribbean or not. Which I do. So thats another reason I use it.

I’ve been most impressed with Troy Henry in debates but he doesn’t have a chance. Bagneris is the only hope as he at least has the backing of the NOLA business community.
