Geez man that's horrible. I just feel lazy, unmotivated, and tired. Usually kicks in by lunchtime, especially after eating. When you were 'feeling bad', what did it feel like? How did you get diagnosed with lymphoma? That's like my worst nightmare!

sorry, didn't mean to scare. I just learned the value of getting shite checked out when you know your body and know something isn't right.
i hadn't been to a doctor since my pediatrician. always healthy.
when the "general malaise" persisted for over 3 months --after an ER visit in a small mountain town while on vacation, an urgent care visit, and then a visit to a GP, each of whom gave me steroids and antibiotics and never diagnosed the problem--I went back to doctor and said you need to do something besides steroids and antibiotics. got a CT scan. huge lymph nodes in my chest. got a PET scan--it had spread to bones and lungs.
it was gone after 2 months of treatment but i had to continue for another 4 months.
This all started right at a year ago and i'm back to doing everything i did before and then some.
