Does not justify giving someone a raise. I understand that O is being a good ole boy and trying to give credit where it's due but he has more important things to focus on right now than giving his buddy a monetary bonus for getting him the job. I'm sure Ensminger would appreciate O getting his shite together and keeping his job so he can keep raking in $400k (? I have no clue how much he actually makes) a year for coaching tight ends rather than getting a $25k raise and getting canned along with the rest of the staff within a year
