How does butter eat grass?

I mean, for fricks sake, the beef isn't eating the grass either.

Never heard of grass-fed butter before, but hell, I don't see the big hubbub over grass-fed beef either. I suppose the cow eating grass gives the beef and/or milk a different flavor than ond being fed corn, grain, or other supplements. Might have something to do with the fact that the sumbitches are actually made to eat grass too.

As someone who raises beef cattle, Allow me. Cattle digest the grass better than they digest the grains, which absolutely allows for a better tasting beef.

Grain , on the other hand, will fatten a steer up faster than grass will. Meaning more weight at the sale barn.

I prefer a mixture of the two, Some grain to supplement the grass.
