You are wrong for sure on one thing. O is in charge. He can decide to get involved. Im not saying its a good thing.

When your head coach fricking sucks he shouldn't. If our head coach was someone who didn't fricking suck, I'd want him involved

Except one if O's big selling points, out of his own mouth (binder), was that he would let the coordinators coach without interference. The guy is an effing DLine coach. He's not a better offensive mind than Canada.
