I have an OTA antenna attached to my Directv DVR so I get an OTA and Satellite version of each network channel. The OTA channel is a 5-10 seconds ahead of the Directv satellite channel.

Which ever you choose, make SURE it is capable of VHF. WAFB and WBRZ in Baton Rouge are still VHF stations.
