Yes, 10K is just from car accidents alone.
If you add up all the other deaths due to alcohol (domestic violence, child abuse, liver failure, alcohol poisoning, etc.) the # of deaths is much, much higher.
Yet somehow this is all cool, whereas gun deaths are somehow especially horrible and must be addressed with legislation.
