I'm having a bear problem and I've read they don't care for soybeans to much so I'd like to get some soybeans to feed until about November once my food plots are up good. Where can I get soybeans between Baton Rouge and Hammond or somewhere along 55 or in the Vicksburg area?

Get the meal. Not the beans. Much easier for them to digest and utilise the protein.

all of the areas that you are talking about are pretty much in the hills...you need to find some delta ground and you can buy some from a farmer in the field. just drive up Hwy 65 from clayton to Tallulah until you see dust in the fields...then stop and ask.

ETA: depending on your location, you may want to just pick up a sack or two of rice bran to try out instead of corn.

Fazzio's in Gulfport MS has loose soybean pellets for $.10/lb. You have to bring your own container(s). We fit 500lbs in one of the large rolling garbage cans.
