A bullet kills 1 person. Silencer is worth another, and tracer, yet another. These tools mean every bullet now kills 3 people.
Thats about the logic, I think.

With those and the bumpfire it would have been at least that but just imagine if the rifles had bayonets? I mean my God, the carnage would have been unfathomable.
