An attachment that uses the recoil off your shoulder to push the trigger back on your finger in a manner that can simulate automatic fire.
As someone suggested earlier, it would be very difficult to maintain any accuracy with it though, so perhaps they altered the weapon another way.

It's a method of firing a semiauto at rates of fire closer to full auto. All of the mechanisms are similar for both fulland semi auto so any semi auto CAN fire as fast as a full auto. You just have to pull the trigger fast enough to do so. Bumpfire stocks move forward and back with each successive recoil. The motion causes the shooter to automatically pull and release the trigger at a high rate.
