Maybe so, but not everybody is done having kids once they hit two or three. I can't imagine how much it would cost to put 5 or 6 kids through private school. Like 140 grand for each kid, assuming they go to public elementary.

It seems to be very much like NOLA, if you can afford it, you send your kids to private school.
There are other options for good public school though. Just either have to spend the money and move to a good school area or pray you win the public school lottery.
