SCALP a head coach with a stout winning record from another school. Be willing to transform philosophy and clean house. Have $ for ALL the buyouts (HC, coordinators, etc) on both sides (coming and going). And boosters need to choke the LSU Board politically and financially.
Mike Schula would be on my list of prospects.
