I think it's also shitty that he kind of threw Nick under the bus by calling him 'our third string back'. Meaning how shitty he is.
But the truth of the matter is that O has no clue what he is doing. The first plays should be scripted with the personnel packages, which the entire staff should know. Especially the HC. O reminds me of the young idiot in the office that thinks he can do the CEO's job because it's 'easy' and they just watch everyone else work.
