OT Docs - Need a Diagnosis based on symptoms

No fever
Feels like a hangover with no alchohol consumption
Gotta dump a lot
Been pretty dizzy
Hit suddenly 16 hours ago and the dizziness won’t subside
Arms are heavy/fatigued (in B4 “palms are sweaty, knees weak”)
I realize this might be AIDS but is this also a small bout of the stomach flu?
