I don't disagree...and I am somewhat playing devil's advocate, but when I read about the Chuck Person situation, I fully believe that Bruce Pearl had NO idea what was going on there, yet there doesn't seem to be the public hanging for Bruce like there is for Pitino....and Bruce ain't exactly squeaky clean himself. So I guess I am asking, what is the difference?

The difference is Pitino is one of the all time greatest coaches, the highest paid coach last year, who has been in the news recently for other infractions. Pearl coaches at Auburn, not exactly a traditional power

Of course you're playing Devil's Advocate! You concluded your opening statement with "attack away" thus implying opening the door for people to attack the strength of this argument lol

Well Pitino is a vampire and Pearl isn't.
