I never read up on this. What happened again? Someone killed with his gun? I can't remember.
I had always assumed Marvin was some nice guy, but that is solely because he didn't talk ever or act like a dip shite on the field. My only evidence

An eye witness saw him walk up to a car with a pistol in each hand as he unloaded on the vehicle. That guy lived, drove off. He hit a passerby, who told the cops what happened. One of the guns was found in the alley next to the shooting, it was Marvin's gun.
Later the eye witness was murdered by two guys. One of them was eyed by a passerby as Marvin's cousin, no one got a look at the other. The only camera that could have showed the two gunmen was at a bar that Marvin owned. Those three minutes of the tape are missing
