I believe there is a lot to this, so if you don’t know your installer, probably best to avoid Goodman, particularly if you are basing your decision on competitive bid prices. Just my opinion. But the flip side of that is cost. If you can get a Goodman for half the price and they currently have an exceptional warranty and you’re willing to risk the inconvenience of a failing system in the middle of the summer, that may not be a bad choice for you.

Interestingly, last time a price dunits (long time ago) Carrier and Bryant were far and away the most expensive.

Definitely not looking for the cheapest. I am trying to get something very efficient.
