Well number 1 aint gonna happen Blue states are already complaining that federal funds are being shifted to states that didnt expand medicaid because it changes how its distributed.
2. If they still want to ? Ok. The money is capped per person so sure if cali wants to be the experiment in socialism in the USA feel free to implement single payer and then note the MASSIVE influx of low income earners and the transformation of their lilly white limousine liberal utopia while experiencing a massive efflux of physicians
