We get ours serviced twice a week, always give the men covered lunch areas w/picnic tables, supply ice cold water, and grill out for them once a month. It's the little things like your tradesmen notice.

I agree with that. I always appreciated a GC that took a little pride in their operation and appreciated their subs and craftsman. Just keeping the site clean and offering to help a bit makes a job so much better which in turn makes it smoother and that GC gets a reputation and gets better numbers.
