OK baws, we got the plan. I know more than a few of us on here have access to excavators. If we start now we can get this thing done by 2019. Where we starting? Wicks place on Diversion canal?

Whoa... actually I am north of Hwy 22 bridge and the little bit of swamp behind my house has water fluctuations via Bayou Pierre, 10-15 times a year that turn dry swamp flooded.
