And this, children, is what you side with when you support C-G.

There is no sustainable healthcare system anywhere where providers aren't at the whim of administrators and ultimately politicians.
How the hell is that an argument of merit?

It's not up to any one person (well, maybe McCain).

The system has to be designed to help the poorest among us, or people will die.

Nope. Your strawman has an shitty immoral position. But I recognize it's your only chance of making any sort of "argument".

There is NOTHING in any bill I've seen that prevents people from helping others in need.

And further, when did it become government's job to enforce morality?

Why does that only apply to healthcare?

I don't see you advocating for free internet and cars/gas for poor people

strawman

It isn't a straw man, it's the proposal.

People aren't capable of helping people in need on the scale necessitated by destroying the health care industry as proposed by C-G. Period.

Nope.

Accusations that I want people to die are false.

You can repeat them.

But, they're still false.

Who says it does? But we should all be able to agree that being sick and poor shouldn't be a death sentence in the US in 2017.

Sadly, Republicans think it should be.

BamaAtl is basically the board's example of the "people will die" parody music video.

Only, it's not parody in his case.

As do you. The ACA has harmed me personally, my employees, and my business customers. Single payer would harm every citizen making more than $30k/yr by doubling their taxes. Why do you hate poor people?

And hell, he actually REVELS in the fact his policies harm people.

So, I don't really think he can use the "you don't care about others because you support policies that harm people" rhetoric.

Hell. He WANTS his policies to harm people.

I might support policies that won't save everyone.

He supports policies DESIGNED to harm people!

So... we've moved from "ripping health insurance from poor people" to "killing poor people" to "destroying the health care industry". What's next on the list of talking points?

Less than other policies. And by 'harm' I mean medically injure and/or kill, not add some extra taxes to the bill.

You're proving yourself silly. It taxpayers can help "the poor" en masse so can individuals.

At the expense of harming others. You're only counting half the equation.

What's next on the Republicans 8th attempt to repeal the ACA without replacing it and without any care for the consequences of their actions?
