You know what I find so puzzling? I've been to Mexico several times and almost everyone I have talked to knew at least some english. And no, these are not just tourist places where you would expect them to. When I go to the grocery store and I'm behind some immigrants (presumably illegal) it's obvious they know absolutely zero English. They just nod at the cashier when they speak to them. I may just start calling ICE every time I encounter anyone that can't speak English that's obviously not just visting. You know they aren't am actual citizen cause they can't even speak the language.
