I'm going with

Florida/Tennessee- 1-1
Bama- 0-1
Ole Miss/Arkansas/A&M - 2-1
Auburn- Toss up (Thier coach is equally shitty at getting the best out of his players.

So 4-3 or 3-4

Finish overall 8-4 or 7-5

Then we hear about how young the team is and how next years our year. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.


Sad part is- we really are going to be young next year and it's gonna be ugly.

If we can't beat A&M, we've got major problems.

I suggest you stick with bluegrass and leave LSU forecasting alone. this team is young and injured; it is going to improve and we have two games to do that and heal at the critical DL position.

since I used to play the mandolin I also feel qualified to make a projection; I predict LSU will lose two more games. bama and either florida or auburn.

all we really need to do is get our OL more experience and our DL back from injury.

Bama is the only guaranteed loss right now. The rest of the teams aren't very good either.

THAT is the problem though. We have what looks to be the weakest conference slate that LSU has had in over a decade and our optimistic fans are talking about a 4-4 record.

A&M, Ole Miss( and that one is 50/50) that's it , we finish 6-6

Arkansas and A&M are very likely wins.

Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, and Ole Miss are wildcards. I say they can win 1 or 2 of those unless they are total garbage.

That gets them to 3 or 4 conference wins. That's pretty terrible but going 0fer isn't really an option at this point. Coach Zero would definitely get sent packing if he goes 0-8.
