Lawrence - High Ankle Sprain (Not Eaux's fault)
Alexander - Kid got hurt in the 1st half and was ineffective (Not Eaux's fault)
Farrell - Targeting penalty and ejected in the 2nd half (Not Eaux's fault)

With Shelvin being unavailable for academics, you were rotating 4 men last night on a 30 front. You will beat absolutely nobody in this Division with that lack of depth and attrition. Beyond that, Orgeron had a great class last year and Big Marvin Wilson chose F$U on NSD. Phidarian Mathis chose Bama.

Eaux's big blind spot is Pete Jenkins. I'm not sold on him as an in-game coach. He's not an on the road recruiter. At his age you can't guarantee kids he's gonna stick around. We are getting out recruited there IMO. Regardless of whether Eaux and Austin Thomas are helping there.

We have way too damn many staffing band aids on bulletholes.

Grimes needs to go. He's been here too long now to have this type of miscommunications on both sides of the line as it relates to communication and blocking assignments.

Jenkins needs to move FT to shadow staff. Period.

Mickey Joseph should be offered a shadow staff or developmental position on staff. If he doesn't accept, he should be shuffled around or terminated.

The Special Teams/Extra Position Coach does not look effective in terms of how we addressed it.

We are trying to make do with duct tape and chewing gum in several areas and that's not how you become or maintain a successful football program.
