I was in real estate from age 22-26. I did 2.3 million my first year. It requires a lot of networking, pulling duty(weekends), and patience. If you're in sales already, why not find another full time sales gig that pays more vs. trying to do real estate part time?

Eventually, I would prefer to do this full time.
I am currently doing sales/customer service, but not getting paid commission. The majority of outside sales here is oil field related or requires a degree.
