re: Anyone sell real estate in BR

I have purchased three homes in my lifetime. The first one the agent was old school and worked her butt off. The second and third, not so much. I did all the leg work and they opened the houses and did the contract. I am a hunter in a sales sense.

I however, think the economy here is poor and the inventory is tight post flood. This makes for a higher cost of inventory. In a financially repressed economy, this makes for a tough sell. When you add in the Equifax fiasco,it may be challenging. This is the only concern I have. I'd be great-- I have no doubts about my ability to close a deal.
