Obamacare didn't start it but it sure as hell plays a huge factor as to why it is much more common now.

Just like how small companies stay under 49 employees and won't let employees work more than 29 hours.

State of Alabama has this same rule to cover employees. Had to get a letter from my wife's employer stating benefits weren't available to her in order to get her on my BCBS

Seems like quite a few companies saw the opportunity to make cuts/changes to their medical insurance and blame it on "Obamacare"
