So other than eliminate Thursday night games (which ain't happening) what can they do? NFL is already geared towards offense...but the problem is the majority of these offenses and QBs absolutely suck.

NFL coaches don't do anything interesting since it is basically a 3 year job for all but a handful. College coaches have to deal with such talent and match up disadvantages that they have to be creative.

This may sound ridiculous, but the NFL is almost too polished. It is produced through the roof. Most teams are running the same offense with varying levels of QB skill. CFB would have the same problem if there were only 32 teams and 16 games a week, but I can find a plethora of different styles on any given Saturday.
The NFL spits out a relatively uniform product while CFB allows me to basically take it in a la carte.
