What are the odds she was given the ticket to check the numbers, saw it was big bucks, told the customer he won nothing, then claimed the money herself?

That $2M will be gone fast as hell.

We've seen ghetto and trailer trash blow through $100M+ in just a few years time. $2M is child's play, all things considered

She could take an average of $58k a year for 29 years.
Take $5k every year and buy a random stock from fortune 500. Hold them all. Your gonna have a few hit the jackpot and split.
