It could considered misdemeanor assault. It's not polite "manners" to walk up to someone you don't know and kiss them. But then again, every poster in this thread ridiculing this woman is good with anything that Trump does so it's not like the pattern of this thread is a shock.
I would encourage all of you to walk up to random women and plant a kiss on their cheek and report back how it works out for you.
