Did she die of the heart attack before that sperg drove into the crowd or after?
She was fat enough that a heart attack isn't out of the question any day she got out of bed and it would be a perfect body to dump for a false flag.
If she had a heart attack as a result of injuries sustained from being hit by a car, then nothing changes. Her death was a direct result of that dude's actions.
Are there any video or pics of Heather alive and marching prior to the accident?
How bout an autopsy showing cause and time of death?
And her mom better start eating some kale, she looks like a walking heart attack.

Wow. Not surprised that a few here are proposing that maybe she had a heart attack or died of a heart attack just before the guy plowed into her purposely with intent to kill.
