A co-worker just got back from volunteering in Houston last weekend. He was there doing water rescues. He said the Coast Guard caught the Red Cross driving around with empty trucks when they were supposed to be/said they were hauling supplies. These trucks had nothing in them and the CG caught them lying about it.
