I think a lot of people are on to the Red Cross. Definitely affecting their donations. Most folks I know were looking to donate time/money to targeted causes.

Not enough people are on to the Red Cross. It cannot be repeated enough. Big piles of rich, elite money still funnels into their program and little reaches the victims

Not in my estimation. You rarely hear much bad press about them and they are still the de facto/go-to donation avenue for old people and middle aged alike.
