Would be cool if this ended up in a bigger southern city like Memphis, Atlanta, or Nashville. That's pretty unlikely though.

I used to live in Collierville, TN. Every one of my neighbors worked at either FedEx corporate HQ or at their sprawling World Tech Center.

I suspect it will end up in San Jose or on the east coast.
