I didn't realize this movie was just the kids version. Interesting, I like the idea of splitting up the two stories since the mini-series had the two storylines running simultaneously. If this thing makes bank it could lead to some interesting casting for the adult version. I would be interested to see who gets cast for the Harry Anderson corny funny guy role. He's not actually funny so a straight comedic actor like Will Ferrel for example would not have to be cast. Someone like Matt Damon (too short) or Ben Affleck (He's got the horror chops, he killed it in Phantoms) could be cast in that role.

Um, Richie Tozier as a child did bad voices when he was a kid but he was still very funny to those around him. And adult Richie Tozier was considered a comedic talent due to his many wonderful voices which led him to being the #1 radio personality in the southwest.
