Not my purchase, but a 4 hour one way haul would for sure cut into my use of the place. Good friend of mine has a Ranch in Texas roughly the same distance from where we live, and you almost need to take vacation to make a trip there that isn't a complete rush.

Our place on Toledo Bend is about 3.5 hours door to door and I will only go if I have at least 4 days available.
