Congress wouldn't do jack shite about it then. You REALLY think this Congress will be able to get something done. Give their track record this year, I'd say the prospects of getting something accomplished is highly dubious at best.

The whole premise of your thread is based on the ramblings of a congressman, go figure.

Why isn't Bernie dressing down his fellow congressmen to finally get this fixed? You know the answer but I doubt you are truthful about it.
