As others have said, both of those are theories that have been hashed out quite a bit over time. Personally I don't think either will be proved out in the long run, but for different reasons.
The Tyrion theory was a valid theory for awhile and I'm pretty sure it was intentionally set up by GRRM to give people something else to chew on. Tyrion's fascination with and dreaming of dragons from childhood. His being accepted by the dragons (at least on the show), etc.
The death of Viserion pretty much negated any chance that Tyrion will be a dragon rider. And, as some have pointed out before, Tyrion not being Tywin's son would kinda take the soul out of the great and horrible father/son hatred dynamic between them and would lessen their culpability for what they did to one another.
Whew, that's enough for one post. May post my thoughts on the Bran/NK theory later.

NK may be a Stark but I don't see how he could be Bran. For one, they both occupy the same time sequence. Talk about paradox. There aren't enough pages to contain the reasons why that won't work. Secondly, why in the gods both old and new would the former TER make Bran the new TER if he could see that Bran was the NK? Thirdly now that Bran is the TER why would he allow himself to become the NK? Forth, the NK seems to be more of a physical specimen don't you think? Doesn't resemble Bran to me.
